Third arrest made in relation to Covid testing site December protest

A third arrest has been made in connection with the December protest at a Covid testing site.
A 44-year-old woman from Kent, who has since been released under investigation, was arrested on suspicion of burglary and theft.

The investigation and arrests are in connection with a protest that took place in MK on the 29th of December.

A large group of people stormed a Covid testing centre, damaging signs and removing equipment alongside a number of other public order incidents.

Chief Inspector Graham Hadley of Thames Valley Police said: “As a result of our continued investigation into this protest, we have made a third arrest.

“We have a dedicated team that are taking statements and reviewing footage that has been obtained of the protest.
